Dr. Rainer Wild Award: Ceremonial act in Berlin.

On June 21, 2023, the award ceremony of the Dr. Rainer Wild Prize took place in Berlin. We were responsible for the organization of the ceremony in the Auditorium Friedrichstraße. The TU scientist Prof. Dr. Silke Bartsch was allowed to receive the prize for outstanding achievements in the field of nutrition this year. The award ceremony with guests from politics, science and economy under musical accompaniment of the quartet Mriya was followed by a festive reception.

Our agency took on a wide range of tasks in staging the event: from planning the award ceremony, coordinating the location, selecting the musical accompaniment, briefing and deploying the photographer to directing the event on site. In front of and behind the scenes, we stage award ceremonies, festivities and gala events with the utmost precision and care. In Berlin: The winner's ceremony - excitingly designed by a harmonious dramaturgy of light, sound and musical accompaniment and the design of valuable media and certificates to appropriately honor the special moment.

The welcoming address by the Chairman of the Board of the Dr. Rainer Wild Foundation, Dr. Hans-Joachim Arnold, was followed by renowned speakers: the Parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Dr. Ophelia Nick, gave a keynote speech in which she accentuated the high relevance of nutrition and consumer education with regard to the transformation of the food system. This was followed by greetings from Dr. Barbara Kaiser, head of the editorial department "Food and Sustainable Consumption" at the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food in Bonn. She acknowledged the many years of cooperation with the scientist Bartsch.

After Prof. Dr. Christine Brombach of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Wädenswil gave the laudatory speech for the award winner, Dr. Silke Lichtenstein presented the reasons for the choice of the award winner. The CEO of the Dr. Rainer Wild Foundation praised Professor Bartsch for her efforts to include nutrition topics in educational curricula and to train multipliers in the field.

The ceremonial presentation of the Dr. Rainer Wild Award, endowed with EUR 15,000, was made by Dr. Hans-Joachim Arnold. In her acceptance speech, Professor Dr. Silke Bartsch looked back on her career and also mentioned the 1999 publication "Healthy Nutrition between Natural and Cultural Science", which was published by the Dr. Rainer Wild Foundation. The foundation for the promotion of research and development of healthy nutrition is one of the leading dialog platforms for science, business, politics and multipliers.
