180 seconds. That's how much - or little - time founders have to convincingly present their innovative business ideas in an elevator pitch. Founders and start-ups are key drivers of innovation and change - essential in a world that is constantly changing. Our agency has been actively shaping this change for many years. We do this through innovation management projects for our clients as well as event concepts and further developments or format developments for the start-up and start-up ecosystem on behalf of the public sector.
Innovation management is not just an empty phrase for us, but a major part of our work. On the one hand, because we constantly have to develop new proposals for creative and surprising event formats and the accompanying communication for our clients.
Secondly, because our work helps to ensure that the innovative ideas of companies and start-ups are given a platform and can be realised. We combine both, for example, at the Female Founders Cup and the DEHOGA Cup - two exciting event formats for the start-up scene that we are able to implement on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism and the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts.
The Female Founders Cup, as part of the state-wide start-up competition Start-up BW Elevator Pitch, is aimed specifically at women in Baden-Württemberg. The DEHOGA Cup, on the other hand, focuses on innovative business and start-up ideas for the catering and hotel industry. Selected founders present their business ideas in a three-minute elevator pitch in order to win over potential partners, investors or customers for themselves and their ideas. As a full-service agency, we support both events from start to finish - from programme conception and planning to participant and application management, on-site moderation and comprehensive promotion via the Start-up BW website and social media. We also designed the pitch training for the Female Founders Cup 2023 and held it at the GIG7 Competence Centre FeMale Business Mannheim at the end of 2023.
We are constantly realising new, creative events and offering start-ups and founders a stage for their innovative business ideas - such as START Rhine-Neckar, the annual event for founders, start-ups and the self-employed, which we have been designing, developing and holding at various locations in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region on behalf of Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH since 2002.
