Occupational safety and safety at work are our topics

February 2023
Whether occupational safety campaigns for Merck, BASF's Global Safety Days 2014-2020, the conception and implementation of various campaigns on World Day for Safety and Health at Work* for OLAM Cocoa Germany and numerous other campaigns or projects on the topic of occupational safety and health - our focus is on the conception and implementation of motivating and interesting impulses for employees. Dialog-oriented, participative and cross-media - these are central factors in an employee communication that raises the awareness of all employees without exception for safety and accident prevention at work and sustainably strengthens the safety culture.

An important tool in the context of occupational safety that has been used many times in our work is the Bradley Curve. It shows the relationship between the type of corporate culture and the accident frequency rate. In other words, it measures the maturity of the corporate culture. And thus shows how fit for the future a company is, because from the 3rd category on, the company is capable of change. From here on, increasing quality and productivity go hand in hand with better employee performance. And this can be achieved through a successful safety culture. So, in order to successfully initiate and accompany cultural change, you have to find out your position and derive suitable courses of action from it. For us, this is an exciting challenge to work with companies and corporations to actively develop and support their safety work.

*World Day for Safety and Health at Work is held on April 28. This day of action was established in 1984 by the International Labor Organization (ILO). The International Labor Organization is a specialized agency of the UN and is responsible for the formulation and enforcement of international labor and social standards. Quote ILO: "...The minimum standards that apply worldwide are intended to ensure rights at work and thus decent work for all people in the world."
