A great success for our agency: At this year’s IHK Top Graduate Award Ceremony on November 10, 2025, at the Heidelberg Congress Center, Sophia Bojanowski was honored as the top graduate Marketing Communications Specialist (Kauffrau für Marketingkommunikation) in Baden-Württemberg. She is part of the very first cohort trained in this profession at Agentur Ressmann – and this first graduating class has already achieved an outstanding result.
Thanks to her strong commitment, excellent preparation, and clear professional goals, Sophia passed her final examinations with top marks and is now among the 130 best graduates in the Rhein-Neckar IHK district.
Sophia has been a permanent member of the agency since April 2023 and has been working in the agency’s campaign team for around a year, focusing in particular on topics such as occupational safety and human rights. With her creative ideas, strong language skills, and precise, structured project management, she is a valuable addition to the team led by Senior Project Manager Gianna Frazzetta in the field of marketing communications.
Marketing Communications Specialists work at the interface between clients and creative ideas. They develop internal and external communication and advertising measures, select suitable channels and media to reach target audiences, plan budgets, and coordinate external service providers. Within the agency, they work closely with our graphic design department and require strong organizational skills as well as excellent writing and communication abilities. This cross-media training prepares graduates for a broad and modern professional field – ranging from digital marketing and social media to content creation and campaign management.
Training young professionals is a high priority for us. Currently, the agency offers apprenticeships in three in-demand professions: Event Management Specialist, Media Designer for Digital and Print, and, since 2023, Marketing Communications Specialist, in cooperation with the Ludwig Erhard School in Karlsruhe.
