FSA Code? Of course!

As an agency for event marketing and live communication, we design, plan, and deliver events, congresses, and a wide range of communication activities – including in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. For us, the FSA Code of Conduct is an expression of responsibility, fairness, and quality, and therefore an integral part of our work as an agency.

The FSA Code of Conduct is a voluntary code of conduct of the research-based pharmaceutical industry in Germany. It defines ethical guidelines for collaboration with healthcare professionals such as physicians and pharmacists, as well as with patient organizations. Its aim is to promote transparency, prevent conflicts of interest, and ensure fair and ethical cooperation that ultimately serves the well-being of patients.

What does this mean in practice for our work as an agency?

When we plan a conference or event, the FSA Code of Conduct directly influences many decisions: the choice of venue, the overall setting of the event, the accompanying program, the invitation of participants, and the design of communication materials. That is why we take the FSA Code of Conduct into account from the very beginning – in concept development, content, and implementation. This enables us to create events and campaigns that are professional, credible, and fully compliant with all applicable regulations.
