BUGA23 has only just come to an end, and we are already drawing up "our" BUGA balance sheet. Around 10,000 visitors on 12 action days at the BASF and John Deere experimental field, enthusiastic men and women power from our agency, many hours and countless steps at the great Federal Horticultural Show in Mannheim, that is the conclusion after 6 months of great commitment on site.
We supported the BASF Agricultural Solutions team with ideas and in conception and planning as well as on site in project management on the 12 Dialogue Days. From drone demonstrations on the topic of smart farming to expert discussions, a rally with knowledge tests and a fruit and vegetable game for children: It was very exciting and interesting to accompany BASF's exchange on the topic of sustainable agriculture of the future with the BUGA visitors. By changing teams from the agency, many colleagues were able to experience the special atmosphere of the BUGA and the offers of the experimental field on site.
The topics of food safety, consumer protection, environmental research and solutions for sustainable agriculture were the focus of the cooperation between BASF and John Deere at the experimental field. The crowd-puller popcorn beat all records: the popcorn machine ran non-stop and made many children happy - and not only them. We produced and distributed around 5,000 portions of popcorn at the stand. A great atmosphere, lots of people and children interested in the dialog - these were great events at BUGA23. Once again, we were able to support a nationally renowned event and provide on-site assistance for over half a year. We are looking forward to further new projects with and for the chemical company BASF, which we have been supporting for many years, especially with the conception and realization of dialog formats and large events - be it at the BASF Farmers' Market, the BASF Experience Day or at the BASF Visitor Center.
