Busy and successful: our May update

All quiet in May – no way. But new customers, winning a pitch, developing creative concepts and social media campaigns, exciting event marketing implementations, our early adopter’s commitment to the UN Global Compact and a conference trip to Iceland are more than deserving of a brief update – promised, details following in June.

We are convincing - precisely the Deutsche Bundesbank with our concept for their open house and information days 2022. Following the title development, the project team is now working on the conception of the entire stage program, catering, setting, media, infrastructure, security concept and much more. We are very much looking forward to further planning and implementation in this first collaboration.

‘Experiencing our US’: we designed the communication campaign running throughout summer for Agricultural Solutions at BASF. Successful campaign kick-off in May: the opening of the new Ag Points and transition from Vincent Gros to Livio Tedeschi. Together with the team we were responsible for catering, the entire technology, setting as well as tents, furniture, and an extensive media design. And at the same time we are implementing BASF’s presence at the DLG field days from 14 to 16 June with tower, tent, virtual farm and many other services.
GIZ has tendered for the technical implementation of 14 digital events – we have the acceptance of bid, a lot of ideas and a lot of experience with platforms and the implementation of sophisticated virtual events.
And then there was still the exciting work on START Rhein-Neckar, the largest event in the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region for founders, start-ups and self-employed people, for the event day at the MAFINEX Technology Centre Mannheim on 9 July 2022, for our customers, MERCK, Leadec, the National Institute for Statistics. . .
And, the conference trip to Iceland – more following in June.
