Greater occupational safety with fun: “teamsafe” campaign at Merck

Good mood and occupational safety: Do that go together? Why, surely. The best example of this: Merck's "teamsicher." campaign. After the big kick-off and many exciting campaigns in 2021, we again developed the safety culture of the company together with the Merck team in a goal-oriented manner with great enthusiasm.

I became WE - "self-confident" became "team-confident". But what has happened since then? Some! This year, too, we are advising and supporting Merck on the campaign for more occupational safety with exciting campaigns and creative ideas. Digital and on site: In addition to graphically prepared information material on various key topics of occupational safety made available on the intranet, we are also on the road together with Merck for numerous campaigns directly at the Darmstadt plant - we communicate across channels.

Whether artists, poets or actors - they are all involved. A huge 3D work of art created especially for Merck, a "Safety Slam" workshop with the Hessian champion in the poetry slam and a campaign week about road safety, during which actors, for example, drew attention to the need for an open error culture: these are just a few of the many Campaigns that we designed and implemented for Merck.

The constant goal: to promote long-term awareness of occupational safety and intrinsic motivation among employees - all campaign activities are optimally interlinked and contribute to promoting safe behavior in the long term, e.g. through nudging. Our common experience shows: The best way to more responsibility is characterized by a high degree of creativity and a lot of fun for all participants.
